Once upon a time, there was a little girl who dreamed of growing up and meeting a handsome Prince.

And just like in the fairy tales, this little girl hoped that a handsome Prince would fall head over heels in love with her.

​

In her fantasies, he would face any danger to protect and care for his fair maiden.

He would honor their bond and treat her with respect and kindness.

​

They would be united as one and they would live happily every after. 

​

This was my girlish dream and I'm sure there are many other little girls who shared in this dream as they were growing up.

​

One of my best friends, and lifelong mentor, Terrie Popper, has a favorite saying "you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. And sometimes we come across a few toads along the way!"

​

My Blog is dedicated to women building their esteem to hold fast to their true value whether they are searching for their Prince, or happen to be in a relationship with a toad, or they are recovering from a broken relationship, or they are just trying to find fulfillment without a toad or a Prince. 

​

Let's rewrite the fairy tale to a narrative which sees women rise up as Princess Warriors, ready to shine their light whether or not they have a knight in shining armor by their side.

Let's rise with open hearts and open minds, and live fully and intentionally every day we have the gift of life and we grace this earth.
