Welcome to The KEY to be FREE. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are designed to create clarity, safety, and mutual respect between us. By using our website, services, or resources, you agree to these Terms—but we encourage you to read them at your own pace and reach out with any questions.

Cooling‑Off, Onboarding & Happiness Guarantee — Path to Freedom

Cooling‑Off: A 3 business‑day cooling‑off period applies from the date of payment. Cancel within that period via info@thekeytobefree.com.au for a full refund.

Onboarding requirement: To activate program access and the Happiness Guarantee, you must schedule and complete the required onboarding/enrolment‑confirmation session prior to Week 1. This onboarding session should be completed within 14 calendar days of payment (unless you arrange postponement — see below).

Happiness Guarantee (Path to Freedom): If, after completing your onboarding session, you decide the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of that onboarding session by emailing info@thekeytobefree.com.au.

Postponement: If you postpone activation, the Happiness Guarantee does not start until you complete your onboarding session. You must complete onboarding within 12 months of payment to retain the guarantee.

After the cooling‑off period and the Happiness Guarantee window have both expired, refunds are not available except as required by law.

Payment Options:

• Credit/Debit Cards • PayPal/Stripe (charges may apply)

Note: Payment Plans are automatically scheduled charges.

Note: We’ll never charge you without clear consent.

Refunds & Payment Provider Fees

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For payments processed via Stripe (or other providers), the refunded amount equals the amount we received minus any non‑refundable processing fees retained by the payment provider. We will provide a clear calculation on request.

  • The time for refunded funds to appear depends on your card issuer or bank.

Digital Products & Other Programs

  • Where we offer separate on‑demand products or shorter digital courses, refunds may be subject to different terms as stated on the relevant product page. Always check the product page for specific refund conditions.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is sacred. Our Privacy Policy details how we protect your data.

Key promises:

  • We only collect what’s necessary.

  • Your information is never sold or shared without consent (except where legally required—we’ll inform you if possible).

  • You control your data. Request access, corrections, or deletions anytime.

Boundaries & Liability

We provide tools and support; your progress depends on your engagement. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Our services are not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical advice. If content raises distress, pause and seek appropriate support.

To the extent permitted by law, The KEY to be FREE is not liable for indirect losses related to use of our services.

Respectful Engagement

We foster a trauma-informed community. By participating, you agree to:

  • Communicate with kindness (even in disagreements).

  • Avoid sharing harmful or triggering content.

  • Honour others’ boundaries and privacy.

  • We reserve the right to remove harmful behaviour—but we’ll always prioritise dialogue and repair first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect growth or legal changes.

Updates will be:

  • Posted clearly on our Site.

  • Shared via email (if you’re subscribed).

  • Applied with reasonable notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are guided by the laws of Victoria, Australia, with respect for local consumer protections.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect. We’ll work to replace invalid sections with fair alternatives.
