Is the Coaching Program for beginners to personal and professional development or for people with some existing experience?

Both. The program guides you every step of the way, so there are no pre-requisites. The program is designed to meet you wherever you are on your journey. Even if you consider yourself below beginner level, it's for you too.

It's also for people with existing experience because any existing results you are getting are greatly accelerated by using the Coaching program.

Can I claim it as a tax deduction?

Please check with your accountant. The general rule is if it helps you earn an income with your current job or business, you can claim it.
